  • Grade: Director / Vice President / Associate Vice President
  • Report to: Market Head

Work Location: Bangalore

CTC: Salary bracket would differ based on the levels (Between INR 50 Lacs to Max up to 1 crores per annum)

Job Profile:
  • Adopt efficient pricing and cost-control measures to ensure profitable client relationships 
  • Execute business plans for the Wealth Management segment
  • Drive the continuous improvement of sales processes constantly making them more customer friendly and efficient
  • Responsible for new client acquisition, building new relationships and increasing depth in existing relationships with Ultra High net worth clients.    
  • Accountable for developing and implementing an integrated customer marketing plan, which addresses wealth creation, wealth preservation, wealth enhancement achieved through an in-depth analysis of the clients profile so as to identify opportunities and match these opportunities to products/ solutions provided by the organization
  • Cross-Sell of investment products like Mutual Funds, Bonds, PMS & Structured products 
  • Undertake initiatives to increase the wallet share of the existing client relationship 
  • Ensure new client sign-ups by cultivating existing relationships that yield lucrative referrals 
  • Have full knowledge of the client's financial goals, income sources, risk appetite, etc. to design an appropriate investment portfolio strategy 
  • Retain clients by upholding highest standards of conduct and service 
  • Ensure investment transitions for new clients are executed accurately and timely 
  • Appraise clients periodically with market insights to enable them to make better financial decisions 
  • Leverage internal centers of excellence (such as investment advisers, wealth planners etc) to address technical and special client needs 
  • Achieve highest client satisfaction ratings (Measured as Net Promoter Score) 
  • Transfer insights that aid the enhancement of client experience and internal efficiencies on a regular basis to relevant stakeholders 
  • Collaborate with Market Head, Products and Solutions team and COEs to meet business goals 
  • Strive continuously to build one's capability to meet the requirements of the role, and secure mandatory certifications / licences 
  • Ensure that feedback from the stakeholders is positive 
  • Nurture a culture predicated on the principle of a single organisation 
  • Ensure compliance to the statutory laws, regulatory guidelines and other requisite norms 
  • Adhere to the internal compliance standards 
  • Make adequate efforts to balance the risk appetite of both the firm and its client
