1.)Identify new prospect new client opportunities & qualify revenue potential.
2.)Identify, upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
3.)Implement use of key selling tools, as per Proactive Selling.
4.)Complete all sales forecasts on time.
5.)Develop and maintain business plans with team members to achieve renewal and upsell/cross-sell goals.
6.)Develop value added proposals and pricing sheets.
7.)Prepare and develop consultative client presentations.
8.)Prepare necessary paperwork to process new business contracts with warehouse owners and prospective clients.
9.)Coordinate all sales activities associated with primary client accounts with team members.
10.)Identify and grow contacts within existing client organization at all levels.(User to Decision Maker, across departments)
11.)Assist Account Team with the development of strategic account plans for all accounts.
12.)Assist Account Team with the development of Client Service/Implementation Plans.
13.)Maintain all client contact in CRM system (client contacts, call reports, price quotes, email correspondence, etc.)
14.)Travel on average 90% of time. Maintain adequate technical/product knowledge.
15.)Develop and maintain awareness of both the information industry & assigned industry focus.
16.) Assist with project management for custom engagements, when necessary.
17.)Will be responsible for lead generation and co-ordinate with the in-house team to close the deal.
18.) Client Relationship management on a PAN India basis.
Required Candidate profile
Skills & Qualification Required:
1.) Graduate / MBA
2.) Proficient in Microsoft Office packages including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
3.) Excellent business/analytic writing and presentation skills.
4.) Previous experience with demographics and/or research databases.
5.) Minimum 2 to 5 years of client service or sales experience.
6.) Research, Writing , Closing skills , Motivation for sales , Identification of client needs.
7.) Good knowledge & should be good at CRM.
