We have an excellent job opportunity for you for the role of "Hub Manager - Commercial Vehicle Finance / loans" (New & used vehicle finance).

Experience required: Should have 4+ years of experience into vehicle finance / loans.

Qualification required: MBA / Graduate can also apply.

CTC offered: Max up to 9.5 LPA (Depending upon experience and last drawn CTC)

Our client is India's leading vehicle finance NBFC with a focus on urban and semi-urban markets. Through a vast network of branches, they finance a wide range of commercial and personal vehicles, which include medium and heavy commercial vehicles ("MHCVs"), light commercial vehicles ("LCVs"), small commercial vehicles ("SCVs"), cars, multi-utility vehicles, three wheelers, and two wheelers, as well as various kinds of used vehicles. Their vehicle finance business has a diversified customer base comprising of first time buyers, captive users, retail operators, strategic and large fleet owners, small truck owners (" STOs"), and self-employed individuals, who are largely based in urban and semi-urban locations. They also finance tractors and construction equipment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Handling sales and marketing for CV finance
  • Achieve Profit Targets for all the Branches in the Zone
  • Handling a team of 4 to 6 location managers
  • Would also be taking care of collections and credit
  • Achieving sales targets set for the entire zone by ensuring 100% compliance
  • Handling a team of Sales, Credit and Operations
  • Staffing and grooming, team building, motivation, satisfaction and minimal attrition
  • Monitoring and evaluating performance of the existing and newly appointed team members. Also ensuring they are given a constructive feedback which sums up to the development and growth
  • Ensuring the delinquency ratio stays downbeat for his portfolio
  • Assessing training needs to accelerate his team's performance
  • Ensuring market penetration is accomplished every month
  • Identifying upcoming markets and setting up operations in that market
  • Effective operations, team management and excellent relationship skills to be displayed
  • Introduce and Implement new marketing and sales promotion initiatives for the region by coordinating with product team
  • To Evaluate proposals and structure finance for the Commercial Vehicle Business across region
  • Drive profitability in his state by monitoring key profitability metrics
  • Financial analysis of clients & markets, identification and optimization of risk identified
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and keep a high activity level in the region
  • Grow the business and meet quarterly revenue targets
  • Supporting collections team in bringing down the delinquency levels by reaching out to customers either directly or through dealerships
  • Continuously track competition and gather market intelligence to gauge the effect on own business numbers & take corrective actions as and when required.
