Educational Qualification: Full-time Graduation
Drive Global Infrastructure technical response to major incidents.
Exposure in Major Priority One (P1) incidents to resolution.
Interact with stakeholders and partners.(Global)
Must be able to multitask in a stressful environment.
Work with the Problem Management team and ensure any actions are completed.
Conduct major incident reviews with customer.
Handling pressure situations.
