We have an excellent job opportunity for you for the role of "Lead - Corporate Sales" with a leading Campus Placements Management Solution provider in India.

Job location:  Hyderabad, Chennai, Delhi & Gurgaon

Max CTC: Max up to 12 LPA

Experience required: Minimum of 3 year of mandatory experience into B2B / Corporate Sales / Recruitment Tool Sales / Campus Placement Tools

Qualification:  Graduate / MBA Marketing with excellent spoken communication skills in English

Job Description:

What you got to do:
  • Help Corporates Evangelize, Revolutionize and Evolve the Recruitment Process in a new way.
  • Identify the Decision makers - Founders/ Co-Founders/ CHROs or HR Heads of various corporate
  • and present/ pitch the benefits of the Product and Services.
  • Plan and Organize sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the
  • territory/segment.
  • Lead all aspects of the Business development process of generating potential leads, cold calling,
  • setting up meeting for Field Sales team and closing a deal.
  • Build a market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business
  • relationships.

  • Make the platform visible in new territories and scale it up.
  • Achieve the Sales targets for every quarter as designed and planned.
  • Ownership to maintain high client satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
  • Ability to understand the client's problems and join the dots of how our solution can help them.
