- Help Corporates Evangelize, Revolutionize and Evolve the Recruitment Process in a new way.
- Identify the Decision makers - Founders/ Co-Founders/ CHROs or HR Heads of various corporate
- and present/ pitch the benefits of the Product and Services.
- Plan and Organize sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the
- Lead all aspects of the Business development process of generating potential leads, cold calling,
- setting up meeting for Field Sales team and closing a deal.
- Build a market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business
- Make the platform visible in new territories and scale it up.
- Achieve the Sales targets for every quarter as designed and planned.
- Ownership to maintain high client satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
- Ability to understand the client's problems and join the dots of how our solution can help them.
- Have the desire to make it BIG.
