Own & deliver hiring for the assigned roles / groups
Proactively network and source candidates through a combination of channels including, job portals, headhunting, referrals, social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter), online groups, forums, communities, print ads etc.
Managing team of 6-8 Recruiters.
Partner with hiring teams to build effective planning, sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage candidate/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.
Screen, shortlist and coordinate with applicants to take people from application to offer stage.
Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing new processes to deliver quality results.
Plan and support initiatives including employee referrals, refining career section on our website etc.
Utilize existing tools to source and discover creative ways to engage candidates.
Work closely with interview teams to create and exceptional interview process and candidate experience
New age sourcing techniques and methodologies including but not limited to boolean search, xray search, social media etc.
Various technologies, their applications, trends, new developments etc

Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills
Possess strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers and the recruiting team.
Required Candidate profileAny post graduate with 8 - 12 Years experience in NON Tech Hiring.
Salary: INR 18,00,000 - 22,50,000 PA.
