Job Opening for City Sales Manager – Udaipur (Rajastan)

Job Description

1. Responsible for driving the business in the respective city/territory/area
2. Building the brand and drive sales via offline channels
3. Build a strong relationship with the local distributors, retailers and local regulatory bodies
4. Drive sales in the city with local distributors and key retailers in the region/city/territory
5. Develop a keen understanding of the products & amp; how they can fulfill the local consumer needs
6. Execute local marketing and brand building strategies
7. Monitor local end-to-end operations to ensure maximum sales and efficiency
8. Build relationships with local regulatory bodies and manage regulatory concerns (if any)


1. Deep expertise in in sales, distribution and retail operations in that territory
2. Minimum 2 years of experience. Up to 5 years
3. Must have a degree in B.Tech, Engineering or any equivalent degree. MBA preferred
4. Prior team leading experience (good to have!). Should be able to manage large teams
5. Strong analytical and problem solving approach
6. Should be OK with traveling 4-5 days a week (must!)
7. Past mobile handset sales experience not necessary
8. Preferred industries: handset, consumer durable, telecom, FMCG, paints etc.
