Responsibilities :- 1.Conducting overall recruitment process right from screening resumes till closure of the position. 2. Sourcing candidates as per the requirement through various sourcing channels like (Job Portals, References& other databases) 3.Screening the candidates. 4. Detailed evaluation of candidates. 5.Arranging Interviews of prospective candidates. 6.Follow-up/co- ordination with potential candidates. 7.Developing and implementing different candidate sourcing strategies. 8. Closing positions and continuing the relationship with Candidates and clients.
