Masters degree in MBA / semi qualified CA/CWS/CS or Equivalent with 4 to 5 years of experience in Handling Reporting, Qualified CA/ CWA/ CS with 4 to 5 years of experience in Reporting/ Qualified CA/CWA/CS with 2 to 3 years of Experience

Strong knowledge of Banking Operations coupled with experience in Risk domain

Strong knowledge in MS Office and developing VBA / Macros

Reasonable understanding of reporting tools, IBM COGNOS, can, with some direction, work independently to assist larger initiative

Knowledge of Operational Risk Management domain preferred.

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Capable of facilitating client requirements conversations and capturing business requirements

Excellent in designing / developing / performance tuning Reports

Must be able to translate functional business requirements into a design and provide leadership while executing

Create, maintain, and manage documentation for all reporting development efforts.

Responsible for communicating the design, build, testing and release of reports

Knowledge of Risk Management domain a plus
