Role: Executive/Sr. Executive - Customer Service (International Voice)
Domain: Finance & Banking
Salary: Upto 7Lpa + Allowances
Qualification: Any Graduate or UG
Experience: Min 3 Years of Experience in International banking Voice Process.
Working Days: 5 Days Working, 2 Rotational Off
Working Hours: 9 Hours (Rotational Shifts depending on Business Need)
As a Customer Service Executive/Senior Executive you will:
• Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or Calls
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
• Serve customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems through co-ordination with internal and external departments and/or parties
• Resolve customer complaints through analysis of the problem; providing optimum solutions, expediting correction or adjustment and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Perform customer verifications
• Set up new customer accounts
• Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
• Manage customers' accounts
• Prepare and distribute customer activity reports
• Maintain customer databases
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
• Follow up on customer interactions
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
