As a Consultant you will be responsible for sourcing potential job seekers to fulfill the hiring requirements of our corporate clients. Some of the key activities that you will be doing are
• Understanding client requirements and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the client requirement
• Source candidates using multiple sourcing channels including internal databases, job boards , head-hunting and networking
• Engage candidates for strategically positioning job opportunities and client organizations
• Understanding candidates profile to evaluate role fitment (Screening & Short listing)
• Build and strengthen candidate relationships to be able to network and headhunt passive job seekers
• Manage scheduling and coordination related activities in the entire recruitment process
• Contribute to other activities including market research & mapping , Post-offer-followup ,etc.
- Should have 0.6- 2 Yrs of exp.
- Must have exp in BPO Hiring
- Experience in recruitment in corporate or consulting firms preferred.
- Highly energetic and motivated individual
- Knowledge of the Recruitment industry, its nuances and processes.
- Excellent ability to connect and interface with professionals
- Good presentation, communication & interpersonal skills
Salary: INR 1,50,000 - 2,75,000 PA.
