Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Execute reporting / analysis against the analytics needs of internal marketing teams to enable

data-driven marketing and drive efficiencies through developing automated

reporting/dashboards, maintaining related systems, developing new processes, and

implementing testing

Desired Candidate Profile

Must understand marketing and database concepts

Understanding of data relationships, and data extraction techniques (like SQL)

Experience using Excel, SQL, Python

Must be able to work with multiple data sources

Use analytical and database skills to develop reports and analyses to assist leadership and

marketing/operations teams.

Delivers recommendations and consultation to business teams regarding the efficiency of a

variety of marketing tactics

Write scripts to pull data from internal and external data sources to compile into campaign lists

Identify ways to improve data reliability, efficiency and quality

Take input from team leadership and business owners to understand the goals of the business

and define meaningful metrics to track those goals

Perks and Benefits

Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT or related field

Salesforce report and dashboard building experience is a plus

2+ years of B2B Marketing Operations or Sales Operations experience, preferably at an

Enterprise or SaaS company

Strong business acumen

Good communication skills

Demonstrated exceptional attention to detail including establishing QA processes

Strong commitment to meeting deadlines

Self-starter and intellectually curious

Comfortable in pushing the conventional thinking to drive change and innovation

Passion for data and analytics
